What happens during a Voluma cheek filler appointment?

Skin assessment (5 min)
Your provider evaluates your midface structure, volume loss, and cheek symmetry. Injection points are mapped at the cheekbone and midface. You'll agree on the syringe count and plan before treatment begins.

Topical numbing (10 min)
Topical numbing cream is applied to the cheeks. Voluma also contains lidocaine for comfort during injection. The cheeks are a well-tolerated area, most patients find this very comfortable.
